Ok I am looking for a good tamer mage template to kill VOrtexes in Shame... Currently I am a necro tamer mage and was going to try this out:
50 necro
120 tame
115 lore
120 spirit
120 magery
120 eval
85 meditation OR vet?
maybe I could go in lich form but I dont know if thatd be better then having Vet for mana to heal dragon.
730 skill cap.
Alternatively I could go with 100 magery (heals would be less)
and go with 105 Vet skill instead of meditation and sit in Lich form, casting on stuff while veting my dragon.
Lich form could make up the loss of having no med and instead having vet (so I can also cast on the target with corpse/curse up) Or I could keep meditation and in lich form just greater heal the dragon? Lich form with Vet skill would also allow me to go ahead and use an air ele slayer to cast on the vortex and kill it quicker while just hitting one button every few secs to bandage the pet. Cause without me helping kill it, the dragon takes FOREVER to down one of these things by itself. If I help kill it with Vet skill then I could go into Wraith form (only requires a minimum necro skill of 20) and the mana leech woudl be based on spriti speak. The problem though is these vortexes never have mana... Lich form requires 70 necro so I dont know... Should I Just DITCH the necro all together, and pickup vet skil to 120, meditation and120 focus?
