Looking for a special kind of house!

As the title says, I'm looking for a new house.

It doesn't have to be 18x18, in fact I'll be perfectly happy with a tiny two story house if the location is right.

With location I mean for example:

a house on a beach
a house near a shrine or a dungeon entrance
a house in the middle of the forest with no neighbours
near any other kind of landmark

or a small house in Zento because I always loved the city.

I'd prefer Trammel, but I will consider Felucca, Malas, Ter Mur etc. as well!
