I won a Magincia Plot on Another Server so I am moving there and leaving Cats.

I have a VERY nice 18x18 plot, immediately south of the Shrine of Sacrifice in Trammel.

This plot is 100% by itself, no other houses within several screens and it 1 screen from the shrine.

No Spawn, No Problems at all.

Would be perfect for an RP Tavern (The main reason I purchased it in the first place) or any other uses.
