He owns a house near me that I would be interested in buying.

House sign says 'new shop coming soon' owned by dillin.
The sign has said coming soon for a few months now.

If you know him, Please let him know I'd be interested in paying well for that house.

Until about two months ago it was a different house, with a different owner that I'd never seen in the 4 years I've been in this location.
I took the house ownership transfer to mean I might actually see him, I hope so anyway
