Buying Armor Looking for a head slot dexxer item

Looking for a head slot item but not a bone helm (as I can't stealth in this I found).

Stats need to be minimum:

8 stam (10 would be nice)
8 mana inc
8 lmc
2 or 3 + mana regen

any other mods are a bonus, like DEX would be nice.
