Looking for a guild in a european time zone

Are there any guilds in operation based in Europe on Atlantic? At the moment I'm in a guild but miss a lot of the action as my fellow guild mates are normally just getting stuck into stuff when it's time for me to go to bed or vise versa.

If not would anyone (mainly from Europe) be interested in starting something up for European players?
