Looking for a good magical shortbow

Ideally looking for a good magical shortbow with at least 35 ssi, 40di, and hit spell other than hit lightning, preferably fireball. HLD/HCI/Manaleech would be nice. FC1 would be splendid. Balanced would be splendider.
