Runes are dropped often at most banks and moongates, as well as other popular locations.
Mystic Garden offers a rune library and pub for public use.
Also public dye tubs, a crystal portal, free roses of trinsic petals and two vendors with free items including free slayer & gm musical instruments.
We will accept any vendors - except lottery's.
