Looking for a current list of "hard caps of various mods on....

hard caps of various mods on Weapons, Armor, Shields and Jewelry. I'm sure I saw such a list a few years ago but am hoping there is one that is more up-to-date. Also I would like to know the best slayer weapons in each category, archery, fencing, macing and swords. Thank you, I know so many of you know so much more than I do about these things. Oh, throwing too... I have a gargoyle thrower. Thanks for your help!!!

For hard caps what can spawn on looted armor,shields and weapons its basically the same caps as with reforging. http://stratics.com/community/threads/reforging-how-to.264020/

Also looking at vendor search or stratics trade forum will give you examples of what is possible and considered good.
