[Discussion] Looking for a Castle on Cats

Hey All,

Through some incredible ignorance I lost my fully loaded castle on Cats. I am now looking to replace said castle and confirm that I am not too old to learn. I am looking for a castle that is a new design (or can be converted to new design). Ideally this would be in Fel on the water with green grass and no ice. In reality I need a castle.
