Looking for a bit of technical help~

Aloha and greetings! I'm attempting to set up my old sega megadrive to a newly purchased television, however I've encountered a slight hitch in my workings! You see the megadrive uses an aerial connection (no scart connection) to connect to the new telly. On the flip side, the telly doesn't have an aerial input connection, only scart flavoured possibilites, so to my question, is there a component out there which will accept the aerial connection from the megadrive and convert it into a scart input for teh telly~! Oh it'd be a big help if anyone could tell me what the said components name actually is to,
