There are 2 vendor houses just outside the West entrance that have a Birds of Britannia talisman. They are both priced at 1.8M. Not sure if that's a good price or not. I've been contemplating buying one of them myself...
Have you found the ring and bracelet that you were looking for with the +15 Animal Lore? I might have one or both if you haven't. I'd need to check when I get home from work.
