Long time people...

I'm not sure how many people are actually still left that knew my father Spartacus and I but I figured I would pop in and bring the bad news. My father passed away on 9-2-2012. He was 61 years old and played uo with me from 1999-2010. He still played after I left the game and we had built up 10 accounts together. He finally lost a year long battle with cancer. His wife and I have shutdown all of his UO accounts; neither us really feel like going through all the pixel crap as there is more than enough real stuff to sort through and get emotional about. If anyone I know wants to be friended to my houses so they can clean them out, I will do so because I'd hate to think an assclown like Diablo got any of it when the houses drop. I wont be selling any of the accounts as per his wishes. I have not played in almost 3 years and I have no intention of returning but I will get on long enough to try to access people.

You won't know me, but just have to say I feel with ya about your father. I lost my father in 2008 to cancer (which had spread), he was only 64 at the time.

But I can say some good news, Diablo isn't around as much on Siege. Still pops up much less drama from him.

You may have trouble patching if the client is seriously out-of-date. You are likely going to have to reinstall the game, which is best done by downloading the client from the website. It doesn't take that long with a decent connection.

Both you and your father Spartacus are in all of our hearts. Just hearing your names together bring back some fond memories ... memories that are not only a part of our history, but will be remembered well into our future.

I would like to offer to remember your Father in our shard's Museum. If there is something of his that he truly loved.. a beaten up pair of shoes, a book, something he was fond of that we can use to remember him, please let me know and I would be my pleasure to create a permanent place for those to visit and remember.

If your going to release some of your UO belonging's, I'd like them. We don't don't know each other, I have only played siege for 7-8 months. Otherwise I was Off and on on PAC. So if Siege is the only place you have played, we wouldn't have ran into each other. But Like I said. UO Pixels are always useful to someone. And if that someone could be me, well that'd be alright. It's probably Tacky to ask, but i did. I am Sorry to read of your loss, and Am not going to try to make you feel better with words from a stranger about something I can't relate too. It does sound like there are a few on here who can offer you support if you need/want it though. I do hope your days get easier in time though.

Yep. You and i must have counted that footprint 20 times each then watched tnt put a "blocking house" half a screen north of the footprint lol. Ill be logging in sometime soon. I was not even aware that the tower had been taken down. Lifes kinda crazy atm.

Roll Tide bro. I got to watch the first half of the Bama/Michigan beatdown with him but he was pretty out of it. I kept having to point the big plays out and we would catch the replay (McCannon 55 yd td pass, the pick six, etc..). I left the hospital at half time because the game was already out of hand and he needed rest. If id known what was gonna happen the next day I would have stayed. At least we got him home the next morning and he passed with his family around not a bunch of medical people shoving tubes and **** down his throat. Taking my daughter to see Bama this weekend for her first game. Im also planning on hitting the Bama/Tex am game in nov.

Yeah, this week should be a blow out. Thats usally the best game to take kids to, if thier young like mine. I usally have to get up 100 times during the game with kids. I also will be at the Texas A&M game. My wifes family is chartering a bus up to the game. Should be fun.
