Lock Box quests?

They are actually called Strong Box Quests and are the best NPC quests you can do as the contents of these strongboxes tend to have the best items in them you can get via the UO quest system. Look for any NPC quest scroll to see the reward look for one that provides a Stong Box as your reward. Those are the quests your looking for.
