Add: also, I have yet to see a special color (of the 4?)

I believe that the new location is the same for all shards and that is Exodus Dungeon...that is where people have been reporting them and i have found them on Pacific there.

Of the special colors i think the ones tagged Dark Blue and Light Olive Green are 2 of the 4.
