LMC question

and Lightning strike costs 5 mana

this would make it cost 1.85 less mana

the question is does the game round up or down

will it cost 4 mana or 3 mana?

You want either 20 or 40 LMC to save on lightning strike, nothing in between gets you anything.

I think what Silent is saying is that numbers are rounded down.

So, 1.85 rounds to 1. That last 3% your missing makes all the difference, and is wasted beyond the 20% that nets you -1 mana cost.
