LJ question

I got a few simple questions for this. I think the old FAQs may be somewhat outdated or not updated unless I missed it.

First off does LJ stack above the 300% cap? I went to test and equiped up but it doesnt even seem to be giving me a damange bonus. I tried setting some skills down and removing DI and it still wasn't. Is it broke?

-If I'm not mistaken it's suppose to give 30% bonus

Secondly. I was building a LJ char for the use of a dbl axe (whirl wind/high dmg output) for the extra parry bonus of bush/parry. Anyone think it would even be worth the investment over a radiant scimitar and extra skill space?

I have tested this with only a gm made axe(40% DI) and it did 4-5 more damage with LJ on. I tested it alot so its right. Dunno if it works when you have the 300%DI cap on.
