Little Sadie and Elga Meet-A Story

On May 30th, 2009 Elga met in the lobby of the Borgata in Atlantic City to meet Little Sadie. As 7pm approached Elga made his way to the funky glass sculpture and Little Sadie and her daughter shoved food in at the Buffet as they didn't want to miss the 7pm meeting with Elga. The two greeted each other and made initial conversation. After this point they headed to the casino to do some gambling. Ups and downs led them to the "Risque Business" machine. Now this machine was special. If the gambler gets the Risque Business bonus round, it initiates a strip from one of the fine animated strippers. Kitty and Rod were the big stars it seemed. Elga was so determined to get a strip show, he put in a $50 bill to the machine. He finally got the bonus and got quite a show, and $55 cashed out. He was satisfied as we were able to view each strippers individual show. Each time they had attracted a crowd who were eager to also view the show. The "beer ladies" were out and about and they all partake in a few beverages.

The night progressed with more fun bonus games and before they knew it time had flown by. At around 11:30pm they went to the Cafeteria for some very tasty pizza. Conversations about, they called it quits around 12:45am.

The sun came up and it was Monday. Elga arouse for some more free comp'd breakfast at Bread and Butter. Over to the Ebay machine he won a $40 bonus. He then went to the pool area for a quick hot tub dip. Back to the room to get around to head over to the Taj Mahal to meet back up with Little Sadie and her daughter around noon.

He arrived at the Taj Mahal around 10:45am only to find his $50 slot play had to be used at the Trump Plaza. So in flip flops he made the long trek to Trump Plaza. At Trump Plaza he played video poker and cashed out exactly $50 in cash. Happy with his win, he made the long trek back to the Taj. A quick gander around the nickel machines, he sighted Little Sadie and daughter.

More bonus rounds and to the roulette table they went. No Risque Business here..:bored: Elga seemed to go through his $50 win quite quickly and watched Little Sadie and daughter lose money instead. He saved quite a bit of money, however the two did have several nice wins. The mid-afternoon had arrived and Elga parted ways with Little Sadie and daughter.

Back at the parking garage, Elga tries to find his car. I stress, Tries.
He arrived on level one of the parking garage, where he parked. But he seemed to get off on the total opposite side that he came in on. So walking around for about 20 minutes he finally found his car. Poor guy. He made it back to the Borgata for something to eat. The rest was history.

The meet was a success and they hope to do it again sometime!

That was a lot of fun Elga! I have never had such a good time on the Risque Business machine. LOL! We left around 5pm and lucky for me, still had money!

It was nice meeting you and my daughter and I had a great time. We will definitely have to have another Stratics meet and greet. Unfortunately, I won't coming back to AC til fall. Maybe there are other Stratics peeps that might want to join us.

Maybe ask the teenager.
See I used to be "that" teenager, but the cell phone revolution is coming at us so quick, I guess I need to ask a teenager myself now! But no seriously if I would have just read the book, I would have known. But who reads the book? :talktothehand:

A Samsung Propel. I used to have unlimited picture messaging, so I could just send it to my email. Then when I got in a family plan, I no longer have that option. So my problem was that the pictures were saved onto the phone, and how do I get them to the SD card? Well you select "move", of all things, and you can put it on the card. Then I put it in the SD card adapter and into the slot on my cpu and bam wow I have pictures!

For some reason that was really confusing - if you want to put the pictures on a Sim card, then put the option to save to sim card, lol

I don't think we have the technology though. I believe the default is to save to the internal memory. It's all good though, I now have the power!

On another note I plan on making another appearance at The Borgata July 12th-14th, 2009. It's going to be a late birthday gift. As long as I get approval from my employer, it's a go!

Elga, have a nice trip to AC. I wish I were going but I will be suffering on the sands of Ocean City that week. LOL! I will be thinking about you and that Risque Business machine. We have to plan another trip in Oct-Nov. Save some comp dollars. :) Good luck!

Suffering the sands! I feel for ya, sounds terrible! I'd do that in AC, but the beach is so skuzzy, except parts on the southern end near the Tropicana and Hilton. No disease for me!

Monday morning I plan to make the walk on the jogging path over to Harrah's. They have a promo if you play 30 minutes you get a free t-shirt..woo woo. Other than that I plan on eating, gambling, drinking, and being lazy a lot. And Risque Business of course..

I'd be down for another trip in Oct-Nov. I probably won't be back down until then. Have fun at da beach!

Ok Terry, I already had my first dance from Kitty! I got here at like 2:30 and my room wasn't ready, so I had to kill some time. Over to the Risque Business machine and I got some ATM bonus and then the strip bonus. I won like $18 in the bonus, the max because I couldn't get her to take anything else off..lol I took pics, but I'll have to wait till I get home to get them up. This place is like kid central, I was in the elevator with like 8 of them. Waddup with that!

Just a quick update of how my day went here in the AC. The slots were very tight, those darn Wheel of Fortune machines..pfft. Risque Business however was very nice, heck I got like 4-5 dances probably each winning about $20 a dance. So I manage to go through my 1st days $$ by like 10pm. I wasn't giving up that easy, so I went back up and got $40 from tomorrow's funds. Dag nammit I'm going to win some of this back!

Played Risque business with no much action and then managed to get me another strip. I made her work full-time tonight..lol So then I went to a Monopoly Big Event community game. It was a penny, but if you get the big event it can add up. Well I went through almost $30 and like the last $2 I got a crap load of wilds and then hit the Big Event for 2x. After that I got my $30 back and a few bucks. So if you are following me I went with $40 and was like $35. That wasn't getting my money back. So I decided to go all crazy and play a $1 Wheel of Fortune machine. That's $3 a spin. Risky, but it would pay off if I got to Spin. Well at $4 left I got to SPIN! I was like Woah Woah. So I spun and got $75! Being a gambler I took $20 of that to another WOF machine and didn't get nothin. But I was still $15 ahead so I called it a night. The casino was freaking busy, even for a Sunday night. Still kids walking all over the place, even at like 11pm. Even though I am down, I'm a winner because of that $75!

Oh and here is what I had for dinner. $14 Antipasto from the new Roma restaurant, where Risi Bisi used to be:

It was pretty tasty, but $14 seemed a bit steep. Tomorrow I'm off to Harrah's for my free t-shirt. :danceb:

It was my last day here in Atlantic City. It was a great day, my luck was awesome. The day started by breakfast at Roma, which was really good. At about 9:30am I decided to drive over to Harrah's, as I wanted to go to the boardwalk after. I arrived and immediately signed up for my Total Rewards card to be eligible for the t-shirt. All you had to do was play for 30 minutes. No limits or minimum amount of play. Off to the penny machine playing $.09 a spin. Heck I think I even won money playing this! After that 30 minutes I wondered over to a $.25 machine where I turned $20 into $50. Keeping my rewards I went and got my t-shirt. Back to the car to head over to Bally's.

I played a little bit with not much action and then headed out onto the boardwalk. The destination would be Showboat as I've never been there before. That's a haul and a half, about a 20 minute walk. I sit down at a Wizard of Oz machine and within the second spin I got 900 nickles. Cashed out, got two bottles of water to go, and I headed back to Ballys. Back at the car I counted my moolah and came out $15 ahead with from what I brought with! Sweet. $5 of that had to go to pay for parking, but ahh it was worth it. So I got my free t-shirt and $15 in about 2 1/2 hours!

Back at the Borgata I had a Tuna Melt from Bread and Butter, heaven on bread with some fish on it! Plus I had comps for it, so it was freee. I then went down to play with some of today's bankroll. This is where my luck just started to blossom. I netted about $60 on video poker and then I found the penny machine, Diamond Run? I think. This thing was a CASH COW! $.80 a spin I had that thing over $100! I brought back about $110 to the room and watched some quality afternoon television. Before dinner I was back down at that penny machine, still chugging along. Had some Panda Express for dinner and then back down for some action. The new cash cow was the Jeopardy penny machine. About the same, but you could get some bonus round action. OMG This thing just kept winning. The bonus rounds sucked, but I had this one to like $80. The woman beside me were cheering me on! It's so strange on how you can have so much fun with complete strangers. Tired of winning I decided to move on. Now this was the best decision I made today. I sat down at the big group Wheel of Fortune penny machine with the big wheel in the center. This is also like $.80 a spin. The two women beside me got the spin round and won 20,000 credits ($200). They got quite the applause. Right after them I got the spin round. What do you know, I also got 20,000 credits! Shortly after I won another $50.00. I pulled myself away to come back to the room to count my cash. Still having about $50 from today's original bankroll put away in the safe, I pulled that out and just played on that. Playing WOF and that darn Jeopardy machine, I played for a good hour. Donating most of it, but still cashing out a whole $.17. A final count I am only down $200 for 2 days of gambling. That's impressive as I planned on donating all of it. :danceb:

Thanks for reading and stuff!

Here are the pics that I took, they are up on my Facebook!
