Seen this a couple of times during the Invasion in the cities: A white image of a fighter, no armor visible, running around on foot and looking like killing the spawn with bare arms and no armor and no visible mount. Moves at riding speed. When cursor on, then you can see armor weapon (double axe). It is not a Gargoyle. Is this someone with a costume? A cheat? Something new? Some type of form? Strange. I use EC so no idea how it would look on CC. Any ideas?

It is part of the spawn. I think it was on Atlantic at Jhelom and I have seen them on other shards too.
EC sometimes doesn't load clothing, etc and you will see them streaking. I had to do a double take when I saw them. (I did see their health bar before they died and it was a skeletal knight)

Just ghost image it's a normal player just not showing correctly for you because UO stuff
I'm afraid it's an EC bug, when seen again the character will be perfectly normal, dressed, equipped and mounted.

Yep they looked ok.
CUO client also does not show clothing under certain circumstances. On you or others depending on what happened.
I will look at my resists and open the insurance menu to verify I have my stuff when I look nakkid.
I know not to ask someone in chat why they are nakkid.

The one that I saw was "a skeletal knight"
(that is more characters than it is allowed to create a character)
And it was running as fast as a paragon but exact same thing that I kill every halloween at the cemeteries.
It only had a whiteish hue
He had no paperdoll to open and when he died there was no corpse.
It was part of the spawn.
I have seen this on two different shards.
