Little bug I found, need help

I want to submit a bug about nerve strike not working if the person you are hitting is casting a spell? It takes the mana for the special move but does not freeze or do bonus damage which I find odd. What does the bonus damage have to do with the target being frozen or not? Anyway this needs to be looked into, I think 8 months of it not being addressed is long enough. Who is the best person to talk to or pm about this situation?

Send a report to uobugs.com I think it is. You can also send and e-mail to Jeremy (jdalberg AT ea.com) or Mesanna (not sure of her e-mail addy, but you should be able to find it easily). ALSO you can go to uo.com and send feedback under "bugs" which will go to Jeremy, then to Mesanna.
