If you click that youve forgotten your EA account name (UO account name) on Ultima-registration, it will email you all accounts associated with the account.

Well. Some.

I want to know which old accounts I have, but it only sends me some. I know for a fact it isnt all because it doesnt include my main accounts.

It said if I have a question to reply to the email with the account names in. I then get this reply:

The e-mail address you have written to is unable to receive incoming messages. Your response is important to us, so please read the following information on how to reply so we may continue to assist you with your support needs.
It then goes on to say other stuff that wouldn't really help.. anyway I was wondering if anyone else has found a way to get the full list?

I don't recall the specific reason that I called a few years back but EA customer service can probably help you out.

At the time I called we owned 5 accounts that counted, but the customer service rep told me he could see 11 accounts associated with me (don't know if he meant associated with my name, address, email or billing info).

I'm like, 11!, eeeks I didn't know it was that many.

I had opened a free trial account from time to time but was very surprised to learn the number of accounts associated with me was that large a number.

So customer service might email you a list of accounts associated with you or tell you the names over the phone, it couldn't hurt to ask.

They should probably ask you for some details like what year did you create the account what email company did you use even if you can't recall the exact email anymore or they could tell you the first 3 letters of each account to help jog your memory of the full account names.

You should be prepared to provide as many details as you can remember.

To get them to actually change the EMAIL associated with a specific account so you can gain control of it you will need to be able to provide them with the actual numbers from the last form of payment, the first (or last) 5 numbers from the game time code or credit card used to pay for it last.

That's why you should always use EA's account transfer service when buying an account from someone else, it will remove the former owner's payment info and replace it with the new owner's payment info.

That prevents the former owner calling EA and regaining control of the sold account using the first 5 numbers of the last form of payment.

Good luck!

same thing happens to me, what you need to do is move all of them that it does say you have to a new email, then request them again, it will send you more. there is a cap on how many the email will tell you, only way to get more is to remove those from that email.

From what I hear if you call them they will even give you some other people's accounts, the account info for every account you ever sold and Richard Garriott's home phone number.

If that were true, my favorite secondary account that I bought cheap a few years ago would be long gone, as I still get occasional emails that someone did a lost password request.

Well it should be mentioned that if you do use the account transfer option EA says it will transfer ALL accounts associated with your subscription to the new owner, including your pogo accounts if any.

I had forgotten I had read that and not really sure why they would transfer any account other than the one you are paying them to transfer...

"Transferring Your Account

Electronic Arts offers customers the opportunity to transfer their EA Online accounts to other users for a small fee of $30. When you transfer an EA Online account, you are transferring all subscriptions tied to that account. For example, if you subscribe to Ultima Online and Club Pogo, both of those subscriptions will be transferred along with your EA Online account."

I'm not really sure what they mean by 'subscriptions tied to that account"., but maybe they mean this:

"QUESTION
How do I link my old EA account to my new EA account?'

But whoever has paid for an account for the past 30 days is the owner of that account, so they won't just hand you information that allows you to change the email (and the password) for an account without providing proof you own it, so you need to know the numbers on your last form of payment.

"Electronic Arts recognizes the person who has most recently paid for the account, and whose payment method has been on the account for at least one billing cycle (30 days) as having rightful access. The only exception to this rule is if an account has been transferred using the Account Access Transfer Program."
