For the last few weeks, speculation ahs run rampant about the April Fool's Day event being held by NCSoft.
Today, the details were revealed as the event went live:
Magical leaven (bread) scented the air, and special herbs started dropping (even in non-herb areas). Upon picking up one of these (reported) three herbs, the following effects were noticed:

• The character sprouted a "afro" style hair, dependent on the color of the herb.
• The character's weapon changed into a baked good. Swords changed to a baguett, fists to donuts, bows to a bow, shaped loaf of bread, shields to pie.
• A special effect related to the herb picked up:
  • Baguette Herb - Temporary increase to Attack Speed (10 minutes)
  • Cream Puff Herb - Temporary increase to Vitality upon XP gain (10minutes)
  • Cheesecake Herb - Temporary increase to Casting Speed (10 mintues)

Rumors abound of something happening after 30 hours (give or take), but details are sparse at this time. Until then, log in and enjoy the benefits of this event!
