LF Feedback on RP Shadowknight template

Having recently returned and starting fresh I wish to try the following build. It's mostly for role play purposes so I'm not trying to min/max, but I'm hoping it's not too gimp of a build. I'm going for a shadow knight sort of character with a nightmare as a mount/dps pet.

Fencing (or Swords)
Anatomy
Healing
Taming
Lore
Necromancy (Mostly for vampire form, but if I would like to have SS so can cast spells too)
Spiritspeak/Parry (Not sure which would be more useful)

I haven't played in a long time so am not familiar with a lot of new mechanics, especially necromancy. Any input is appreciated!

youll need tactics to use weapon specials.

a big issue is how much taming lore your going to have. youll need a way to heal your pet too, if its for light combat or pvp chiv would be ok. obviously this is a very tight template that to make viable in other than a casual rp setting would need specific gear with high skill increase, and mana regen, in addition to the basic "sampire" stats.

if your going to be using vamp form but not really necro spells, id ditch healing, no spirit speak, try to fit in 80 chiv for healing pet, healing self in emergencies, and for enemy of one (if pvm)

what do you plan to do with this character? light pvp? light pvm? rp only?

Ooo I forgot about weapon specials, so I'll need tactics somewhere. I plan to use him for farming mostly. I'd rather not have chivalry as that'll clash with my character concept.

I don't expect to be able to do these champion things or whatever they're called but I was curious how far I could go with such a build. As far as taming/lore, just enough to control a mare. I was hoping to tank for it so not needing vet to heal it. I'd like to have spirit speak for the spells, such as that sweet raise dead spell.

Could I squeeze enough skill points using jewelry with +skills? I don't know how much +skills I can obtain from gear. I understand if this build just requires too many skill points but was wanting to hear from you more knowledgeable folks what to expect heh. Thanks for the input Smoot.

EDIT: What would happen if i told my mare to guard me, then soulstone lore off and swap it for another skill...would the mare continue to guard me till I attempt to give it another command - even after mounting/dismounting?

EDIT 2: Here's what I'm currently considering:
120 Swords
100 Tactics
80 Taming (100 after +skill jewelry)
100 Lore - soulstone/replace with one of the skills below when not needed?
100 Necromancy
100 Spirit Speak
100 Bushido
60 Parry
40 Veterinary (use +skill jewelry)
