Only danger is when paragon dread spiders decides YOU is its target.

But as long as you keep the consume damage up you should be fine. Sometimes you got to top it off with some health if it's getting attacked by a bunch of spellcasters it cant get consume dmg from.

Lex is about as trustworthy as they come in this game.
as the guild leader of a taming and training guild i would like to say Lex makes, and trades, some good pets, and if u wanna see some bane dragons this man is hoarding!!!
C@K uses Lex for overflow training if needed and keep eyes on inventory as he always gets something fun and exciting lol! to be clear we are competition but even the competition deserves a fair review!
anyone that slanders names without verifiable facts should probably not be in charge of a website/discord channel as it doesn't take much to tarnish a reputation in this game. there are people out there that will do whatever they can to discredit people they don't like based off no facts.
the purpose of this post was to inform current, new, and vets that Lex is indeed a Legendary Tamer and deserves the A++ rates Clan of Khaos Has given him.

PS: Lex and I do not see eye to eye on many things.... that being said I think he is a wonderful tamer in ultima and when i need questions i go to Lex now instead of cah site, for example, on questions as usually I can find what I'm looking for quicker, for some reason people are under the impression that site is the only place for information on pets and i would like to just remind everyone that players in the game also have good advice, can point u in the right direction and most of us love doing it so next time u need help find a local tamer and harass him/her/them vs going to a website and maybe understanding what they are talking about with the limited information given.

Our site was originally created to help with incorrect information being given out both in and out of game. The taming patch was new, and a lot of people did not understand a lot of fundamental mechanics. We wanted to give players the ability to make quality pets and understand more in-depth animal training. We added many quality tools to our website, and we also posted extensively our knowledge about mechanics on the Tamer forums here on Stratics. Our knowledge is backed up by 4 years of extensive training, testing, logging, and analysis with the advanced animal training system.

We have never requested or accepted donations or placed ads in our site. We do not sell pets, if we do it’s an extremely rare occurrence and they are generally ones we’ve had for years. We also don’t offer training services here, on our webpage or our discord, we just don’t have the desire or need to. We do what we do because we love Ultima Online. There is no incentive for us both in game or out to continue the website other than the sheer love of the game and to help others succeed and love the game to. That is why instead of keeping information we could monetize to ourselves, such as details on new patches to make plats upon plats, we freely give out that information to everyone so they can prosper. We aren't trying to sell anything, just give correct knowledge freely.

We also spend extensive time on test center testing out new patches and content and submitting bugs when needed so everyone can have a more enjoyable play experience.

We are very sad to hear you have a hard time finding things on our website, we do have a search feature. If you feel something is missing from our webpage, please let us know what we can add. We have thousands of vistors to our site every month and we are constantly stopped in game and thanked for our help. The recommendation to use poison breath was the same as other people (see below) and you did say you weren't much of naja users in cah. I was curious to see if anyone goes against the meta and tried other skills on a naja apart from PB and FWW. My belief is that current meta of all pet training is stagnant with many skills underperforming, hopefully Broadsword will one day shake things up. It'd be interesting to see buffs to the lesser used skills.

I read on forums and recommend people to check all sources available to make an educated decision on what is the best build and meta for pets. It usually comes down to what you will use a pet for.

Everyone has different opinions of optimal builds, its always good to hear from multiple sources.
I also recommend @Pawain great guides on the forums, @spitfyre of C@K, @Jaela , ATWC (if they are still around), @PlayerSkillFTW (disco cb + death Ray) and many unnamed I have unwillingly forgotten to add. The combined knowledge of our great gaming community is awesome!

I don't charge people for advice nor is it below me to tell my competition my views and ideas, we usually end up theorycrafting and sparring verbally a great deal .

Khaelor, you misunderstood the point of my post I'm sorry it came off like that!! i used Cah as a reference and still do. I did, and still do sometimes have hard times finding or understanding the stuff on the site but that's minimal compared to what's offered. there was no attack intended but as its a public site i felt ok using it as a example.
what I DID want to stress here on Lexs thread was the point that, 1. reputations can be tainted by all sorts of players with little to no basis to back it up, 2. Cah is not the only dance for training pets there are many of us that also have the tools to prepare wonderful pets in uo and 3. USE YOUR LOCAL TAMERS

Took a new order to train an EM event farming pet, returning customer who gets a hattrick huge discount . Chiv ai repel (build will probably be high hp / low mana).

Acquired a couple of sweet 76 - 82% cu's (coloured) pending bonding.

Some people have tried to pass off over-capped 85cold / 85energy as "super intensity" cus at Luna bank for 80-100m each. They may be 85% intensity on paper, but are actually not good at all.
Please be aware that these cus will not be easily trained with a good stat layout in the resists. It means fire resist will be very low, especially if poison resist is high.

WF event farming is coming to a close and while it's sad the 3m/each item drops have come to a close - you can still make money farming pets! WF farmers - you can still make money, head to the cu spawn areas and get farming on those cus
If the resist is good on normal color, I may also buy those too.
