level 7?

Ok someone told me a while back that you could now get a level 7 arcane circle...something about a potion or balm...were they just jerkin my gerkin or what?? is this possible and if so how please?

there is no way to get level 7. The cap is level 6 with 5+ people.
If there is an exploit for do that you have to call GM on the one with it...
