Dear Alcor,

Although I have no interest in political office, I do find the events and reports to be of great entertainment value. Do you have a total number of votes across the land by city that can be published? I do not have the energy to research data that may be at your finger tips.

Sorry for the brevity of this communication, but I must urgently return back to my crystal ball as not to miss a key cosmic alignment.

Greetings Mr Tor,

Thank you for the letter. I am able to present the voting information for the four contested cities, but the nature of the voting system means that there is no way to determine how many votes were cast in those with a single candidate, not that there was much incentive for people to vote in those anyway. I also show the total votes in each city with the number from that last election in parenthesis:

Britain
Hugi Bear 58, Sprago 33
Total votes = 91 (61)

Minoc
Ladra 11, Possum 10
Total votes = 21 (15)

Moonglow
Sam 23, York 24
Total votes = 47 (exact count unknown, but believed to be around 10-12)

New Magincia
Morgan Ironfist 38, Viscount Goop 1
Total votes = 39 (44)

Total number of votes cast in the four cities was 198
