Per both our previous conversations and the investigations I have had done, it is requested you arrive at the Yew Courts within the next three days to start proceedings for trial. The Preliminary charges are two counts of Kidnapping. Please make available suitable council for yourself, as you will need it. If you do not appear, a warrant will be issued. While I would regret the need for this action, I will do it. As I understand you may intend to file counter charges against certain individuals. Please reply with said names and charges. I will make it known to those parties.

Governor Wilkins,

I would like to begin with a small reminder. When last we spoke I told you of my plans. I promised two things... I would not harm any civilian of Yew but if any got in my way I would have to do something about it. You agreed. As such Neither Clive nor Leela had any harm come of them, thus I do not see any... Ill feelings... That being said, you must understand that as a Governor I wish not to make any appearances to these crimes in which we speak. It will both tarnish my name and reputation. I would much rather pay a large fine, that equal to what you deem fitting. If we could meet at your earliest convenience, I would greatly appreciate it.
