All im looking for is a good PVP shard that isnt Atlantic. What is the next best shard for PVP. i want something without speedhackers...and good clean fun.

Yep, since EA doesn't seem to give a **** about Cheaters, a large majority of PvPers speedhack. Most of the speedhackers say they "Only speedhack to compete". What a line of bull ****. With each Publish and Patch, EA seems to be favoring Scripters/Cheaters more and more.
Cheating is on all shards but smaller shards police themselves a little better and the huge cheaters stick out more and almost always dont find the uberleetness there looking for on them (because of more honest dedicated vets with a vast knowledge on how to compete against them, while staying within the rules) so they dont pwn anything and generally leave soon after they come to the smaller shards (like idocers do on Legends as an example).
The risk and reward is not great enough for them to bother as much with smaller shards basicly.

Only real way to avoid the obvious cheats is PVP on Trammel in a guild war with folks you know don't cheat.
