and work on building a well working system with the EM's.

We're never all going to agree with what's important to each and everyone of use, that's real life. But I believe most of us have Chessie's best interests at heart.
Let's move forward in this new year and discuss ways to better interact with the EM program in the coming year. What's past is past. If you don't agree with someone's idea, don't throw tomatoes, just point out the pluses or minuses in a non- confrontational way.

That's my rant for the year.

It's perfectly fine to disagree or have a different idea, but keeping the voicing of such civil and constructive is the important part. Not being a sore loser is just as important as not being a sore winner. We all inhabit the same realm, heroes and villains alike, not to mention it is a game for everyone's enjoyment after all!
