[Magery] Lesser Heal

I have been curious about something for quite awhile and cannot replicate the same thing. I have had several players cast minor heal on me that hit for 18-19 points healed.

Myself I can only get 10-13, the typical range of values.

So I have to ask, how does one achieve those 18-19 point minor heals?

The heal spell gets a small bonus for casting on someone other than yourself.

120 on both, and I see, I didn't know there was a bonus for healing another
