Less important resist for a dexxer?

I was going to refine my suit to get 75 all but chances for 5th res are just 15% so I probably will get 5 less resists.

I can go with 74 all.
I can go with 75-75-75-70-75 (and 5 extra poison res on the suit will be useful when I'm under Corpse Skin effect.
I can go with 75-75-70-75-75 (assuming that cold is less important resist)
I can go with 75-75-73-73-74 (assuming that phys and fire are most important resists)

What distribution do you suggest?

Well 74 overall should be appropriate for any encounter.

If I had to pick one, I'd choose cold as the least necessary resist.
