I'm Sure Dev's is pretty old.....wait we talking about ages or houses? sorry Dev I had to go there, but anyway I know your castle is up there in age, there doing this new "Oldest Homes of UO" Thing you should get your castle on it .
Lord Keeper of Dragons place has been there for a loooong time. Its packed full decorations and collectibles and is a must see. It can be found just past the swamp on the path that leads to the North East of Britain in Fellucia. I've heard claims that its the oldest standing house on Legends....
the Malas castle was 2005 (I think, at my age the memory is kinda fading) ... Max won it from EA and gave it to me
the guild house is the oldest I have, but that is only 2003, I think (and that, sadly, will be going down soon.. I need to close some accounts)
no house on Legends will be before March, 2000.... pretty sure that's when it opened up, mighta been May.... and back then it was only for people who came from AOL... and yeah, people from other shards were pretty much furious about that.... no free AOL back then, and if you didn't have an AOL account you couldn't get on here... so anyway, Legends won't have any of those houses with no date on them like other shards
and before any of you list your house with that contest, check for updates on UHall about the guy who lost his grandfathered house after sending in his entry.... I only read it the first day, so I don't know what the outcome was
I'll be heading back to my rocker and cup of herbal tea now.......
for a very brief period way back then we had an EM (and of course, I do not recall the name his character appeared as to us... forgive me) and one Wednesday nite, our regular meeting nite, he popped up in the front yard in the form of a golden ancient.... was sooooo pretty
that was one nite that I pretty much forgave Max his long-windedness...... if he had not been holding us there so long we would have missed it
this was the same EM that led us on a bloody chase down some dark road.... that event produced the blood soaked drum that sits on the northwest corner of the Malas castle (thank you, New Thunder!!)
