Maybe we should have a house design contest of classic homes for legends? This could be the kind of thing that is positive for the community and more difficult than working with custom homes. Instead of simple deco we could focus on originality. I've seen some awesome classic homes as of late on other shards.

either or. Personally I think it would be great for an EM event. Get your char a hammer that says Royal Brit builder or something. Maybe even some out of house deco item like a few apple trees that sit outside the winning house.
For a player contest. 500k per entry. winner takes 80% runner up takes 15% and 3rd place gets 5%

Sounds like an awesome idea so long as the house design does not block in anyway the view of any other surrounding houses as is the case of a certain house in Luna. But then classic houses wouldn't cause too many problems would they
