What you have could only be used for pvm, but a mage doing pvm wants slayer- sdi, Just my two cents, hope it helps, if im wrong, someone correct me

its an awesome weapon for a mana intensive character like maybe a bard, no pvp stats so thats why not very popular here. cool item tho i wouldnt unravel it.
