That's an honest price. There is a flood of legendary items on the market and that particular piece has no extraordinary mods. If you're offered anything over 5m, I'd take it and run.
Its not a bad legendary piece at all. and +9 HP increase.....that sounds like more than 5 mil.

I explain you how it works now on suits.
You should have 30 fire eater and 30 kinetic ( or another...at your choice...cold or energy or poison..) and ofc 18 dmg eater ( one piece with 12 other wih 6)..or 17 with sandals ( one piece with 15).... and you have free space for one piece of armour , modded....or some skill increase hat for example.... you need to have the right jewels.
Talking about this piece...good hpi...cf...but I see a v low mr and hpr....
for a modded piece it's nothing great, if you get 5 mils it's a fair price, maybe if you lucky you could get 10 mils on a vendor
Look at this helm... imagine you build a decent suit...you're always capped with lmc nowadays...you want mods on the last piece.... no compare... just payed it 20 mils on a vendor in luna ...
If you want a less modded there are pieces instead just for closing the suit... ( with hpi 5....) and you pay them around 1 mil each from the right players

its a good piece. you can make very good suits with 18 damage eater (the kinetic and fire are nice, but not like you have to have them to play) with no slither. this piece i would pair with either a 3-4 hpi piece or a shroud of the condemned using mana phasing orb.
Ive made suits that are exactly the same as the ones that sell here for 2 bil, for around 100m (total including all arties) but yes they only have 18 damage eater, no kinetic or fire)
if i were to put this on a vendor, id price at around 50 - 80m. ive also seen ones like this on vendor for around 20m.

yes. its an over 700 weight (not counting resists) piece that you can make a max stat 18mr 18hpr cf ep 18damage eater dci parry or mageweapon suit without even using a slither, which makes the 30sdi pretty easy to get. plus its studded. people pay a premium just for studded. id gladly buy it for 20m, but do think it would be worth alot higher to the right buyer.
WOW....and i say WOW...because u have to LOVE the conflicting views.. insisting its not worth over 5m/ insisting its well in the 50-80m range.
And as i sit here crunching numbers which is against my religion...Smoot makes a valid point. Thx for the insight!
Just to point out, playing around on my mage with Meditation and Focus, the point at which I stop seeing MR add more mana per second or increase the rate of regeneration is around 24-25 MR. So I'd say that's the point where diminishing return starts to kick in. I know on the stat sheet for EC, it says MR caps at 30.
valid point, i had a long thing typed out running numbers, but basically comes down to, since this is a pricecheck, if something studded, im gonna price it for someone who actually needs studded (pain to find). burst damage, not overly concerned about mana regen. yes its very nice to have both, but then we're talking about perfect, very expensive pieces.
