No DCI hurts for the dexer wearing this. The suit can still be made around the piece even without DCI tho, even if it is difficult. But then it also doesnt have dmg increase which is huge.
You add the no DCI and no dmg increase, and ppl will pass bc they are looking for specifics. It is a nice piece though, but I agree with ya. I find it amazing how two or even 1 mod added to a jewel can jump it easily 400 to 500+ million. And without the 1 mod, it goes to no interest.
