[Price Check] Legendary Ring, high mods that actually make sense together

This is a request for a price check only. I'm not sure that I'm going to sell this piece as I do have a suit I could use it on. I've just not seen one like this. The only negative I see on this one is the Vet but, for the right template, that might not be an issue? Can I just get an idea of what this is worth?

While this is not a "sell" thread, obviously if I see an offer I can't refuse...well, I'd consider selling it.
