You can remove DI off an exceptional weapons I know that method.

Applying mage armor is still subject to the armor not having more than four properties or not being an artifact. Mage Armor now has an imbuing weight of zero.*

Orc helm is pretty sick besides the negatives and I am using the 30% HCI Orc helm, but the bone gloves aren't to bad, how much do yyou want for those and the platemail leg ?
