Items with the antique tag are not considered "clean". Clean is when you get a jewel like ssi 10 and no other mods or tags. Some consider clean without tags but have skills that compliment one another. Value is usually based upon how skills compliment each other and the players template and fetchs good gold when multiple overcapped stats/skills in it.
Not sure how much those 2 in particular will bring, the market seems to flucuate alot on what template is hot in fel.
