Hey I saw you asking for information why a piece was worth something in another thread, so I just wanted to give you a heads up on this piece.
I can tell you know what to look for with stats now, it's the armor piece itself which gives it some negatives.
Head Piece - Generally speaking this slot is usually taken by an artifact. If I'm going to put a piece of regular armor over an artifact, it had better be good.
Medable - This doesn't necessarily hurt the piece, but it would help it if it were studded/hide so that you could get the bonus 3LMC and overcap LMC.
The stats are good though and has high resists so it'll sell for sure, good find!
