Looted off of exodus and it didn't have the bless charges on it at the time. Checked the piece the next day and the bless charges are on it for some reason. Look at screenshot.

How do I get to use the bless charges? And how do they recharge?

I haven't taken it out of the chest since putting it in there, so i haven't used any charges either. As far as I can tell, this is bugged and one of a kind.

that's not item bless charge
when u equip that bracelet.. it works like magery bless spell...
and if u use charge u cant recharge

So like equit before battle use up a bless charge then put my archer jewelry back on? Like pots? How much dose bless really do? And will that work? How long dose bless last?

its a glitch that happens from the old bless charges pre aos or whatever. it happens when a jewel has 10 of each stat. just old coding.

I just tested it, it starts using charges as soon as you equip it, 1 charge in about a minute. Stat changes go away as soon as you take off bracelet. So this piece is more like a collectible rather than something you would use, the chances of finding an item that happens to have 10 in all stats is pretty low anyway, adding to the rarity.
