I got this ring out of a t-map..is this even supposed to happen?
WOW Nice DO NOT PUT IT ON The old Bless Items like that stopped spawning long long ago and only had Bless on them so your with added mods is unique.
I have heard that there is a "bug" (?) that when a ring has the 3 mods of 10, (STR DEX INT) that the old "bless" charge would show up as well. I can't remember where I saw it though, DANGIT!
It is not actually a bug, those 3 mods will vanish from the item that holds them once it runs out of bless charges... Ive tested it on an cloak i used to own back in the days.
That is on the old bless items, I wounder if it will do it on something like the new stuff. @Spot Stealer copy it over to TC and see what happens.

I just checked all my old Bless Charged items and none of them had any mods on them except self repair 1 and this is the first item like this that anyone has ever posted since they were removed from the game.
Items like this have been in the game when the 3 stat stacked +10 it gives bless, it'll remove when charges are used up.
Then it is a BUG and the bless charges should be removed and the item should retain the mods.
Transfer it to test center, and try it out? Lol. Sounds like a bug though with all 3 being 10's in stats and should probably be GM corrected.
I transferred to test. Equipped it on and off a billion times and it only got rid of the charges and not the stats...stats stayed
Yes, stats stay the same. @genchattroll101 is correct. When you get an item with 10/10/10 str/dex/int - it naturally stacks the old 90 charges of bless on it. It's not illegal to own- just not common, but does still happen. It's value is really based on its use...

All of these items are 10 10 10 and 90 charges. Ive been collecting them for years waiting for them to have a use. @Spot Stealer yours is the first ive seen from the new loot system. I knew it was possible just didnt think i would ever see it.
