It is a "Vampiric Executioner's Axe of Slaughter" It has : Splintering weapon 30%, stamina leech 70%, life leech 100%, mana leech 48%, mana drain 20%, blood drinker, hit chance increase 15%, damage increase 50%, physical damage 100%, and of course it's brittle.
