Can someone please tell me why the legendary artifacts I find ALWAYS roll with resists up to 13+ mods but never roll with 13+ mods of actual stats?

Am I missing something about where these non-resist Legendaries are dropping?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you asking for 13 different stats to be on the piece or are you wanting 13 mods other than resist?

Example; are you wanting 4 dex 10 stam 4 int 10 mana 4 str 5hpi hpr str mr lmc dci hci ep with base resist?

Yeah precisely. I solo the roof encounter a lot and I never get pieces with stats and not resist. i.e your example: Dex int stam mana hpi HCI dci EP lmc (no resists). Am I doing something wrong or are those pieces just that rare?

I get tons of pieces with 13 mods on them but resists are always counted therefore limiting true stat mods on there. Again referring to your example, that's what I'm looking to find.

If there was a simple way to get them they would be very common by now. Just gotta keep farming and hope what hits is what you want.
