Is it normal for these not to be able to reach 150 dex & stam?
What is the relative value of this 80.59% Legacy WW with 3 str away from max?
Have not even pushed the begin training button yet as is old friend from way back and only Legacy WW I have. So is the training path in planner best for this type? Just want to make sure not to mess up if I train myself.

You have increase stamina the dex category is capped.

They only go to 125 naturally. It will just walk the speed it does now.

Build looks good. Just set dex to 150.
