Legacy tokens, spring collection

We've been out of UO for a while and are now playing again. I saw that UO game codes offers something called "Legacy Tokens" which will allow you to buy older special items. Unfortunately they don't bother to tell you what these items are.

How can I find out what is available on the Legacy Tokens?

How can we buyt the Spring Decor collection or parts of it on Legends?

Legacy Tokens are originally sold by EA: http://www.uogamecodes.com/store/prod_detail.asp?ProdID=UOLGCYTKN&CartID={0E434B6A-CBDE-4FDA-BCB4-BAAAB114B31B}&PromoID=996
They are still available. Though you have only a very limited choice of older promotional items from them: hooded shrowed of shadows, full soulstone, charger of the fallen.

Spring decor tokens are not available. You can get those only by buying from other players
