I just started making barbed leather pieces and I made these legs. Was wondering what you all thought they might be worth.

It has less that 58 resists, so there's no value for the resists.

It has LRC 15% so the value would be 15*5000 or 75,000gp.

It has Mana Regen 2 so the value would increase by 75K * 1.25 or 93,750gp (let's just say 95K)

I would price those legs quite a lot higher then 95k!

Your calculation doesnt count the 8MI, and it doesnt understand the difference betwen 20 Cold resist and 20 Fire

you could get at least 300k for those legs. probably a bit more.

I've been selling items for years on Napa and Pacific, and people rarely base their purchase on MI (making it worthless to boost the price based on it), and while one person (mostly Necro Dexxors) might want high Fire, someone else will want high Cold. Resists less than 58 aren't even worth pricing. I've had tons of less than 58 Resist stuff just sit there for months.

The only piece of my formula that is missing it the price bump based on Shard. I know a shard like Atlantic or GL might have a higher demand for armor, but my walks through Luna haven't shown any definite patterns.
