Crafting Leaf Gorgets are missing 2 energy resist

Leaf Gorgets, when crafted, have only 13 base resists.

Expected resists for a base, non-exceptional, leaf gorget: 2/3/2/4/4 like all other Leaf Armor pieces
Actual resists: 2/3/2/4/2

Tested multiple times with a 75-skill tailor.
All other leaf armor pieces are 2/3/2/4/4, and corresponding Leather armor pieces are 2/4/3/3/3


(not going to take the time to go look for one in creature loot to see if the problem exists with looted ones, a it would take hours of fighting stuff I don't want to fight)

Leaf Gorget, exceptionally crafted at GM Lore (has 33 resists instead of 35)

This led to my testing with a crafter with the ability to craft non-exceptional, to see where the improper resists fell, and the answer was that Base Energy Resist was 2% instead of the expected 4%.

I did some spawn for loot and found the below results... Confirmed, the gorgets seem to be missing some resists.
