Lava Lamp Q & A

Q & A from Town Hall

On the lava game. How many colors are there total? 7 colors, white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.
Q: Will we get one lamp per certificate or will the colors be mixed?
A: One lamp that changes color. Those that match this time will have a lamp that changes white to red. Paid subscribers that did not play will get white (or free accts that cashed in).
Q: Will the next games be one per week or every 2 weeks like the red?
A: 2 weeks probably

Thank you so much for your updates, Simone!!! We really appreciate them for those of us who can't make it there regularly. Care to make it a weekly item? Or better yet....daily???

Thanks so much for posting this! It's useful information that I'm glad to know and haven't read anywhere else before. Do you know if a sim has three certificates of each color - will they get three lava lamps? If not, can I give the certificates to my other sims and have them get them?

It sounds like for every color certificate, that color will be in the lava lamp. But if you have 3 of the same color certificate you can give it to one of your other sims so they can have a lava lamp as well.

That is not correct, Parizad has said in the blog:

"....then it will replace it with a Red Completion Certificate for completing the red piece of the game. In our database, we know which characters played the red puzzle piece game".

So trading the certificates will not help.....each avatar must play the game, (match the cards) to get a certificate.

So we cant trade certificates but we can trade cards?

That is a question I have been meaning to ask. I need to write this stuff down. LOL I get to EA Town Hall and forget what I am there for. The certificate does say:

And there is the 3rd warning we did not get when EA Land went down.

Well, maybe it's just me but, "Hoochie Loochie" sounds more..... Ootzie... than "loochie loochie" - which is reminiscent of "Louie, Louie".
I dunno.

Well, me gotta go.

Hopefully since it is in the database and you will not need the actual certificate. The message that came with it said:

"We have recorded that this character successfully completed the 'red' phase of this game and put a certficate of completion in your inventory."

I would ask a dev about this if I were you.
