Lava Comp Cert.'s I got new Orange one BUT Red one Disappeared

I recived my new orange Completion cert. today and went home to look, well my red one was gone
Should i be worried about this? or has it already been recorded by maxis? I dont know if i should report it as a bug or just forget about it.
